This adventure takes us to Limehouse Conservation area. The weather was beautiful this past Sunday and it was the perfect time to kick off our hiking season. Now that the weather is getting warmer and the grass is getting greener, I am so looking forward to going on an outdoor adventure every weekend (as long as it doesn't rain).

At one point in the trail, you get to this "hole" in the ground. It's like a split in the rock. To continue on the trail, you have to walk across the split and climb down a ladder. You and I both know that I hate heights; it wasn't too high but it was high enough to make me extremely uncomfortable. But I sucked it up and did it (I'm a baby, it wasn't even that bad).

The water was so calm; I love the effect that it gives the reflection.

Despite the many mud trails near the end of our walk and the fact that I got a mud soaker, I must say that I was so excited to get out and be one with nature as spring is fresh in the air (once you get past the mud smell; but that's the biggest sign of better weather to come). I would definitely recommend this trail.

Thank you for reading this little adventure!
